Ass.1 What does it mean to be civilized?What makes something or someone civilized

The characteristics that makes people or things civilized are first for a person to be civilized they would have to be in a civilized society or around more civilized people. If your life is based around uncivilized people, you would more than likely be uncivilized with the peers around you.The meaning of being civilized is following rules or abiding by guidelines that apply to you or everyone.To make a country more civilized, my personal opinion, would be to give the people more freedom or to have a ruler or President that citizens would like instead of someone that the people don't like. The reason for my past statement is because if the people of the country or community don't like the person or person that is ruling it is more likely to be uncivilized.
